1st-2nd September 2004 -
Evening Stuff
Birmingham International for 87's and
diverted 37's on 4S45 on the 1st, then a Norwich to Derby RTC test train and
diverted car train on the 2nd.
4th September 2004 - Toton
and Lockington
Toton Yard for the diverted 1V15 class 67
passenger working (it only went via Toton for two weekends), and then Lockington
for a diverted 6V40 and 66709 on 4M21. Then an evening move for a 37 dragging a
HST, but the 37 was ripped at Birmingham New Street, so all I got was a HST -
d'oh!
5th September 2004 - Early
Morning Test
Up bright and early for 37114 on an 0818
Derby RTC to Motherwell move, followed by D123 on the GCR on the way home.
12th September 2004 - HST
Drag
Three HST's were dragged from Longsight to
Laira by 47's. Only one was captured in sun though.
18th-19th September 2004 -
GCR Diesel Gala
With visiting 'Warship' D832. There is also a
picture of a Pendolino in amongst this lot which is a remnant of a failed trip
to Lower Hatton to photograph an ECS hauled by a pair of 37's (no sun for the
37's).
25th September 2004 - Final
Day of the S&C Tractors
Crap weather spoilt the final day of the 37's
over the S&C. A sad end to a top working.
28th September 2004 - Cannon
Season Begins
The water cannon season is here again, and
first into the frame was Inter City liveried 37685 on the Worksop run.
