It is always nice to photograph any loco hauled train in top evening light, but this 66 goes down in my book as a real villain as 50049 is standing in platform 1 behind it waiting to depart for Cardiff, which it did at exactly the same time as a 175 unit from platform 2! I wasn't too bothered about missing the departure shot of the 50 as I had taken a similar shot the previous week, but I would have liked a sunny shot of the train while it was parked in the platform.
