700 is seen in the fitting shop at Rigby Road being vandalised. The damage being inflicted on this fine looking tram included the fitting of
a wide middle section with powered plug type doors, the fitting of rubber bumpers and plastic skirts, and eventually, a livery based on that
applied to dustbin lorries.
