Over the Christmas period 2017, the District Line was closed west of South Kensington due to a large engineering possession at Earl's
Court, which saw the replacement of track and points in the cutting east of the station. In this view, battery loco L32 has charge of a
train of ex-BR 'Turbots' which are unloading fresh ballast and then being loaded with spoil. L51 was on the opposite end.
